A plan has been prepared to sell the Patriot air defense system to Ukraine.

According to reports from Washington, the United States has approved the provision of a modern air defense system to Ukraine, valued at approximately 179 million dollars.

The U.S. State Department has confirmed that a plan has been made to sell the Patriot air defense system to Ukraine. Officials say the deal is estimated to cost around 179 million dollars.

It’s worth noting that just last month, former U.S. President Donald Trump had announced that America would provide Ukraine with Patriot air defense systems so it could defend itself against Russian attacks. These defense weapons will be supplied under a new agreement, in which NATO allies will also share part of the cost.
